Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you aren’t satisfied, you can return your product for a full refund within 30 days of the day it shipped.

To be eligible for a return, the Blue Box UV must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your return needs to include the original packing slip to be accepted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs. To print a return shipping label, please email us at info@blueboxuv.com.

Refunds

You will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your original payment method within 30 days of us receiving your return. Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
