Shipment Processing Time

The Blue Box UV is shipped from our Pennsylvania fulfilment centre in the United States. Customers in the USA and Canada can expect their orders to arrive in 4-7 days. All orders are usually processed within 1 business day. Due to COVID-19, we are currently experiencing higher order volumes than usual. There can be up to 2 days delay in shipment processing as we work hard to meet the demand of our customers. Shipping rates 

We are currently offering free shipping to USA and Canada. Shipping charges for all other countries will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Blue Box UV Inc. is not currently able to ship inventory to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You can easily track your package from our warehouse to your home every step of the way with our tracking number. Your order tracking number will automatically be emailed to you once the order has been processed. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Blue Box UV Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Blue Box UV Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at info@blueboxuv.com directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
